Yesterday iTunes 9.1 was released by Apple, and iPhone users who have earlier jailbroken their devices using Blackra1n have been facing syncing issues with this latest release of iTunes.

GV Mobile + 2.0, a paid version of the earlier GV Mobile has now been released in Cydia. GV Mobile, a free client application for Google Voice on iPhone was available in the Apple Store for a short duration, but later rejected by Apple on grounds of duplicate features (such as Dialer, SMS etc, which already come bundled with the iPhone). Popular iPhone hacker Geohot has posted on Twitter that he was able to jailbreak the iPad. He posted a picture of iPad in verbose mode on yfrog.

For the unaware, verbose mode is that which shows up all the log of all that is going on when you boot your iPad.

Apple has decided to not support the flash format on it’s iDevices, including iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. And this has created quite a furor, and a harsh criticism from Adobe, the company behind Flash technology.
