Apple iPad has created quite a stir ever since it’s official unveiling at the Apple Creation event back in January. The news has been out, that the first iPad will be available from April 3rd onwards to US consumers. There has been some wrong speculation going around the iPhone jailbreaking community, all due to a tweet from iPhone hacker Geohot. Rumors have spread rapidly like fire, after many bloggers have mistakenly identified Geohot’s tweet about his robot to be that regarding an unlock for iPhone 3.1.3. It’s sad to see how many people were easily taken into such rumors, given the fact that Geohot has explicitly asked users to stay away from upgrading to iPhone 3.1.3, and also expressed his opinion on how difficult it is to  jailbreak and unlock iPhone 3.1.3.
