Finally, there is some good news for the iPhone unlock community. The iPhone Dev Team have released Ultrasn0w 0.93 that can unlock iOS 4 iPhone 3GS, 3G on baseband 05.13.04, 05.12.01,05.11.07 And 04.26.08. The earlier released Ultrasn0w 0.92 could only unlock iOS 4 on baseband 04.26.08.

Here are the steps to unlock iOS 4 iPhone 3GS, 3G using ultrasn0w 0.93:

1. Follow our guides to jailbreak iOS 4 iPhone 3G or jailbreak iOS 4 iPhone 3GS.

2. Launch Cydia from your iPhone springboard.

3. Tap Manage tab at the bottom of the screen, and tap the Sources button.

4. Press Edit at the top right, and then tap Add at the top left.

5. Enter http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com and press Add Source to add this repo to the list of Cydia sources.

6. Let Cydia update it’s sources. Hit Return to Cydia, and then Done.

7. Now search for Ultrasn0w 0.93 in Cydia and install the application.

That’s it. After your device reboots, you should have an unlocked iPhone which you can use with any carrier.
