Installous 3.1.2 For iPhone 3.1.3, iPad 3.2
Installous, a popular jailbreak app for iPhone, iPod Touch which lets you browse and install cracked apps has now been updated to support iPad. The latest version, 3.1.2 lets you sync installed apps with iTunes and is currently available for download in Cydia. Before you go ahead and get Installous, you need to first jailbreak your iPhone 3.1.3 or iPad 3.2.
Apart from the added support for iPad, Installous 3.1.2 also brings in some user interface improvements and now supports parallel download of multiple files in it’s download manager. Here are the steps to install this app on your iPhone or iPad.
By default Installous 3.1.2 syncs installed apps with iTunes, so if you do not want automatic syncing disable this option from the Settings tab. Installous lets you download and install apps belong to several categories, including books, games, entertainment, finance, business, lifestyle, education.
1. Patch the MobileInstallation file on your iPhone or iPad using AppSync. This lets you install .ipa files manually without using iTunes.
2. Launch Cydia and navigate to ‘Manage’ –> ‘Sources’.
3. Add http://cydia.hackulo.us/ as a source. Let Cydia update your sources.
4. Now search for ‘Installous’ (from Hackulo.us) and install the app.
Reboot the phone, and that’s it. You can now install cracked .ipa files on your iPhone, iPod Touch or even iPad.
