Patch iPad 3.2 Mobile Installation File Using AppSync
AppSync, the jailbreak app that lets you install .ipa files manually without intervention from iTunes by patching the MobileInstallation file on iPhone is now available for iPad. The latest version works with iPad which is jailbroken on 3.2 firmware. First jailbreak iPad 3.2 untethered using Spirit, so that you get Cydia on your iPad. You can then proceed with the following steps to install AppSync:
1. Launch ‘Cydia’ and tap ‘Manage’ tab at the bottom.
2. Next tap ‘Sources’.
3. Tap ‘Edit’ and then ‘Add’ button at the top left.
4. Enter the source URL: http://cydia.hackulo.us and hit ‘Add Source’.
5. Let Cydia update your sources and then search for ‘AppSync’.
6. Select ‘AppSync for OS 3.2’ and install it.
That’s it. This will patch the MobileInstallation file on your iPad. From now on you can install .ipa files manually on your iPad.
