iPad Jailbroken, Runs In Verbose Mode

Popular iPhone hacker Geohot has posted on Twitter that he was able to jailbreak the iPad. He posted a picture of iPad in verbose mode on yfrog.

For the unaware, verbose mode is that which shows up all the log of all that is going on when you boot your iPad.

No ETA is yet available for the release of this iPad Jailbreak.

Recently, iPad was jailbroken on iPhone firmware 3.2 using Spirit untethered jailbreak.

This userland untethered jailbreak was first found to be working with iPhone firmware 3.1.3.

A few hours later, Geohot published a blog post showing blackra1n running on an iPad.
