After a much anticipated await, Apple iPad is finally available in retail. Some of those who pre-ordered iPad have already received the device, and given us a first-hand view of how it feels like to unbox an iPad.

A host of iPhone apps have been either updated, or released first time to take advantage of iPad’s large screen display and the newer user interface, including Netflix, Kindle, iBooks, and even the WordPress blogging app. Even before iPad was out, an untethered iPad jailbreak video surfaced, and more recently a picture was put up showing iPad running Cydia.

Whether you have already purchased your iPad, or intend to have one in the near future, you may want to look into the Apple iPad user manual. The manual, as you may expect does not come in the box, and is available online as a PDF file.

    I have the unlimited 3G data connection & it has been renewed as of 9/07/2010. This am i turned my ipad on, have 5 bars, and it will not connect to the websites I have tried to go to. This is not the first time this has happened. I am getting tired of calling tech support every time this happens. I have removed the sim card, dried it off.; re-inserted it & nothing happens. Do I need a new sim card?

    The second time I used my new iPad I tried to browse through the library and the screen has frozen. I can go back to home, check email, go on the web, but when I go back to Ibooks, the same frozen screen is there. How do you do “control, alt, delete” on an Ipad?

    Touch the icon for a few seconds until they “wiggle”.

    Then, move your icon and drop it on top of another icon that is similar (two games, let’s say) and this will make a folder with those two in it.

    Then, go get all of your other game app icons and drop them into that folder. Games, Entertainment, Books, Productivity…….these are all examples of folders that I have made. You can name a folder anything you want.

    when it get frozen u have to press the home button and the sleep bottom at the same time for 30 seconds then it will get off

    i bought a new wireless ipad 64G without provision for a SIM CARD. I stay in Bauchi Nigeria, I have gone to all the Network providers like MTN, GLOBACom etc but none can install it for me for use, instead i was ask to return it and get the one with SIMCARD. What should i do now.

      Use iTunes to sync the pictures on your PC with iPad.
