Netflix iPad App [Release]
It has been quite a happening week lately, what with the release of iTunes 9.1, the iPhone firmware 3.2 update for iPad, the app store coming to Facebook, and the first iPad unboxing video. iPad, as we already know, can run more than 150,000 of those iPhone apps currently available through the app store.
As the iPad is set to hit the shelves on April 3rd, more and more apps are now getting updates that include iPad support, such as the IMDB app. In other cases, there are apps that are being released exclusively for the iPad, like the newly released Netflix iPad app.
This free app from Netflix lets you watch movies and TV shows streaming from the Netflix online service. Of course, you need to be a Netflix subscriber, with an unlimited membership to use this app. The app lets you resume watching where you left off, and manage your movie queue on your iPad.
Compatible with iPad. Requires iPhone OS 3.2 or later.
