iPad Jailbreak Tool GreenPois0n Screenshots Are Out
Apple iPad could be the most anticipated gadget of the year, ever since it was publicly announced in January 2010. The first commercial of iPad was grandly released during the 2010 Oscars. The first Wi-Fi models of iPad are already open for pre-order, and will ship in April this year.
Even before iPad is out, a member of the Chronic Dev Team, p0sixninja, has set out on a task to jailbreak the device. The team have been working on GreenPoison for quite sometime now, and are now asking for donations to contribute towards buying an iPad in order to test the jailbreaking tool on it.
Screenshots of GreenPois0n have been tweeted, showing the program’s interface, as well as the source code files. The program’s files were obviously shown in the screenshot for getting the trust and credibility from the iPhone jailbreaking community, given the recent incident of a fake jailbreak tool.

Let us hope that the Chronic Dev Team becomes successful at jailbreaking iPad. Imagine, if iPad is jailbroken, you could run jailbreak apps such as ProSwitcher, iBlueNova, SBSettings, BTStack Mouse as well as BTStack Keyboard, Google Voice, PreBrowser, and so on. The possibilities are endless, there may be apps for bringing the phone functionality to this tablet device, including making voice & video calls, text messages, and so on.
