Just turn on your iPhone camera and Wikitude will show you all the points of interest overlayed on the images in the camera. Features include filtering content using categories, a distance slider for filtering POIs, freeze feature to pause the stream of information, searching for content, radar-overlay, and so on.
Wikitude 2.0, the latest version brings a new overview screen, a bubble pop-up windows giving more readable contents, improved GUI and search, bookmarks and history. English and German are the currently supported languages for the displayed Wikipedia content. Since this app uses your iPhone’s GPS, compass, and the Camera, only 3G phones are supported.
